MG Motor India Rank Highest In Sales Satisfaction Survey By JD Power | V3Cars
MG Motor India ranked the highest in JD Power’s sales satisfaction study for the second consecutive year with 881 points out of 1000 points. Toyota and Hyundai finished 2nd and 3rd with 878 and 872 points, respectively.
The 2022 India Sales Satisfaction Index Study (SSI) was based on the responses from 6,618 new vehicle owners who purchased their vehicles between January and December 2021. The survey was conducted between June and September 2022. The study also revealed that about 36% of the customers in India did not find the product discovery engagement seamless.

JD Power measures satisfaction level based on six parameters — delivery process (20%), dealer facility (18%), paperwork completion (17%), working out the deal (15%), sales consultant (15%) and brand website (14%). The Indian sales satisfaction study by JD Power only examines the mass market segment.
