2023 Hyundai Verna N Line Likely To Be 3rd N Line Model For India | V3Cars
Hyundai are all set to launch the 2023 Verna in India March 2023. Alongside the regular E, S, SX and SX(O) variants, we expect Hyundai to launch an N Line variant with enhanced performance and dynamics.
2023 Hyundai Verna Could Be 3rd N Line Model
Hyundai kickstarted the N Line brand in India with the launch of the i20 N line in 2021. In 2022, the carmaker launched the Venue N Line with enhanced dynamics and sporty design. The N Line models offer enhanced dynamics, stiffer suspension, sportier design and a louder exhaust. For the year 2023, we expect Hyundai to give the new Verna the N Line treatment. Read on to know why we think that the new Verna is the most worthy product to wear the N Line badge.

Hyundai Creta Facelift Not Coming This Year
A Hyundai spokesperson recently confirmed that the carmaker is not planning to launch the Creta facelift in India this year. The Creta is the best-selling C-segment SUV in India. While giants like Maruti Suzuki and Toyota have launched their respective offerings in the C-segment space, the Creta continues its reign at the top of the sales chart.. Since Hyundai are not launching the Creta facelift in India this year, the possibility of its N Line variant going on sale in 2023 is also very unlikely.
Hyundai Grand i10 N Line Ruled Out
Hyundai offer the i10 with an N Line variant in European markets. Hence, it was safe to assume that Hyundai will bring an N Line variant of the Grand i10 Nios sooner or later. However, at the launch of the Grand i10 Nios facelift, Hyundai confirmed India would not receive i10 N Line in the foreseeable future. Hyundai are aiming to offer the N Line brand with their premium products and the i10 model range doesn’t fit in that segment.

Hyundai Verna 1.5L Turbo Makes For The Perfect N Line Recipe
The 2023 Verna is set to mark the debut for Hyundai’s 1.5L turbo petrol engine. This engine will also make its way into the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Kia Carens, replacing the 1.4L turbo petrol engine. The 1.5L turbo petrol engine is likely to produce 159PS of power and 253Nm of torque. With those power and torque outputs, the Verna will become the most powerful C-segment sedan in the country. The N Line model will further offer stiffer suspension, improved braking, recalibrated steering, a sporty exhaust and N Line design elements.
