Hyundai Venue Facelift Launch Soon – What To Expect? | V3Cars
Hyundai India are preparing to launch the facelift of the popular Venue sub-compact SUV in May 2022. The 2023 Hyundai Venue facelift has been spied on our roads multiple times and we saw a glimpse of the sportier N Line version as well.
2023 Hyundai Venue Facelift – Design
The 2023 Hyundai Venue facelift is expected to feature slight tweaks to its design to stay current with Hyundai’s ever-evolving design language.
Spy shots reveal a bigger version of the cascading grille with prominent chrome elements for the Venue facelift. The 2023 Hyundai Venue will continue to feature a split design for the headlights whereas we can expect some changes made to the bumpers. Many customers criticised the Venue for having small LED tail lights. Hyundai seem to have listened to the feedback as the 2023 Venue will get bigger, split LED tail lights.

2023 Hyundai Venue Facelift – Interiors
Like on the outside, we expect the 2023 Venue facelift to receive multiple changes on the inside. The rivals of the Venue, like its sibling, the Kia Sonet, offer multiple features like ventilated seats, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, drive modes and a semi-digital instrument cluster. As both the Sonet and Venue fall under the same umbrella, we can expect a few features to filter down to the 2023 Venue facelift as well. Having said that, we do not expect any changes in terms of space and practicality.
2023 Hyundai Venue Facelift – Engine And Transmission
The 2023 Hyundai Venue facelift will carry the same engine and transmission options as the outgoing model. We expect Hyundai to pull the plug on the 6-speed manual transmission with the turbo petrol engine. In addition to that, we expect Hyundai India to finally offer a diesel-automatic powertrain option with the Venue. Currently, the engine options of the Venue include a 1.2L normal petrol, a 1.0L turbo petrol and a 1.5L turbo diesel. The transmission options include a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed auto clutch manually and a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.

2023 Hyundai Venue Facelift – Launch Details And Rivals
As we stated earlier, Hyundai India are likely to announce the Venue facelift in May 2022. The 2023 Hyundai Venue facelift will continue to rival the likes of the Maruti Vitara Brezza, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon and Mahindra XUV300. Speaking of rivals, Kia India recently launched the 2022 Sonet whereas Maruti Suzuki are gearing up to launch the new-gen Brezza.
