Out of these, the dark blue is the new entrant in the i20 N-line lineup. This new colour is a very dark shade and appears as a mix of blue and black. We have already seen this colour option in the standard i20 and Verna. Earlier, we also used to get a monotone red colour option, which is now discontinued.

The white and blue colours are also available with the option of a black-coloured contrast roof. The red colour is now a dual-tone offering, with a black-coloured contrast roof. You have to pay Rs. 8,000 for the dual-tone colour over the monotone colour in the N6 variant. The same upgrade costs Rs. 15,000 in the N8 variant.

The N-line is the sportier version of the i20. Other than the visual changes inside and out, the N-line gets a 30% stiffer suspension for better handling, recalibrated steering, a twin-tip exhaust with a sporty note, and all-wheel disc brakes.

The i20 N-line uses a 1.0L turbo petrol engine producing 120PS of power at 6000rpm and 172Nm of torque between 1500rpm and 4000rpm. It comes with the option of either a 6-speed ACMT or a 7-speed DCT automatic transmission. The N6 trim does not get the DCT option while the N8 trim gets both.
