In this September 2022 Car Sales Analysis article, we’ll look at the total and average sales figures of the 20 top-selling cars in the last 3 months ending September 2022. We’ll also share the monthly sales figures of each of these 20 cars for the last 3 months.

July - September 2022 - Top-Selling Cars - 3 Month Total & Average

Out of the top 10 performers in the last 3 months, 7 are from Maruti, 2 from Tata and 1 from Hyundai
Maruti Suzuki WagonR retained its position at the top of the charts not only in terms of 3-month sales but also September sales as well
Kia managed to keep only 2 cars (Seltos and Sonet) in the top 20 list for the month of September 2022
Hyundai retained their hold in the top 20 list with 4 spots in September for the Creta, Venue, Grand i10 and i20
Out of the 20, 11 cars averaged over 10,000 unit sales over the last 3 months
Mahindra has 2 cars, Bolero and Scorpio, in the top 20 list for September 2022.
Toyota couldn’t make it into the top selling 20 car sales list for September.
