5 Features Toyota Urban Cruiser Gets But Hyundai Venue Doesn’t | V3Cars
The Hyundai Venue is one of the best-selling B2-segment SUVs in the country. Ever since its launch, the Venue has gained the tag of the most feature-rich sub-compact SUV in the country. While Maruti Suzuki have launched the new-gen Brezza, Toyota’s Urban Cruiser is based on the previous-gen Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. However, this has allowed Toyota to offer the Urban Cruiser at a competitive price.
In this article, we share the list of features that you get in the Hyundai Venue over the Toyota Urban Cruiser.
1. Height Adjustable Seatbelts
The Toyota Urban Cruiser offers height adjustable seatbelts in its top variants. The Hyundai Venue, on the other hand, doesn’t offer height-adjustable seatbelts even in the top variants. Height adjustable seatbelts let a child or a short person adjust the height of the seatbelt for better comfort.
2. Auto-Dimming IRVM
The Urban Cruiser offers an auto-dimming IRVM whereas the new Venue gets a manual day/night IRVM. It is worth mentioning that Hyundai removed the auto-dimming IRVM with the Venue facelift whereas the pre-facelift car offered it in the top variants.

3. LED Projector Fog Lamps
The Urban Cruiser comes with reflector-type LED fog lights that offer great illumination. The Venue, on the other hand, only gets projector headlights along with cornering function. It is worth mentioning that the pre-facelift Venue offered fog lights but Hyundai removed this feature with the facelift.
4. Sunglass Holder
The Urban Cruiser offers a neat space to store your sunglasses whereas the Venue doesn’t have a dedicated space. The lining in the sunglass holder of the Urban Cruiser also keeps your sunglasses safe from scratches.

5. 12V Rear Power Socket
The Urban Cruiser offers a rear 12V charging socket whereas the Venue comes with a USB-A charging socket. While the USB charging port is useful to charge your devices, the 12V socket lets you plug accessories like a tyre inflator and vacuum cleaner.
