2023 Tata Safari Facelift

Tata Harrier And Safari Facelift Unofficial Bookings Open

Earlier this year, Tata Motors’ chairman N Chandrasekaran shared that the company will launch the updated Harrier and Safari SUV later this year. The Harrier facelift was spotted on test multiple times featuring prominent design changes. We expect the Harrier facelift to borrow design cues from the Harrier

As for the Safari, rumours suggest that the updated SUV could offer 19-inch alloy wheels with a 5-spoke design instead of the current 18-inch wheels. If the rumour holds any truth, the Safari will be the first SUV in its class to offer 19-inch alloy wheels, which should improve its road presence.

Previous spy shots also gave us a sneak peek into the updated cabin of both SUVs. New design elements include a smaller gear lever, which is somewhat similar to Jaguar and Land Rover cars. The Safari facelift continues to feature the rotary knob for the ESP-based terrain modes. Other details include an electronic parking brake and twin cup holders.

Furthermore, the images also revealed a new control panel for the air-con controls. However, the details aren’t clearly visible owing to reflections. We expect the Safari facelift to offer capacitive buttons for the air-con controls like first seen on the Tata Curvv concept. The same controls are also likely to make their way to the Harrier facelift as well. Apart from that, the new Safari and Harrier facelift will also feature a full-digital instrument cluster and a new 4-spoke steering wheel with the illuminated Tata logo.
