Skoda Slavia Service Cost Announced – Starts At Rs. 0.46 Per KM | V3Cars

Skoda India have announced various maintenance packages for the Slavia sedan called ‘Skoda Supercare’. Skoda Supercare pre-paid service packages claim to bring the maintenance cost of the Slavia to just Rs. 0.46 per kilometre. Here’s how the Skoda Supercare maintenance package works.

Skoda Supercare: What Is It? How Does It Work?

The Skoda Supercare package is priced from Rs 24,499. It is categorised into three packages – Standard, Enhanced and Comprehensive. These maintenance packages will cover various limited and extended wear and tear items under pre-defined costs. This, Skoda say, will ensure customers pay a guaranteed price for periodic maintenance and also protects them against any price rise due to inflation. Skoda India also revealed that these service plans can be passed on to the next owner of the Slavia for a hassle-free ownership experience.

By opting for the 5-year/75,000km service package, Skoda claims a maintenance cost of just Rs 0.46 paisa per kilometre. In addition to that, the Slavia comes with a 4-year/1 lakh km standard warranty, with the option of extending it up to 6-year/1.5 lakh kilometres, whichever comes earlier.

Skoda Slavia Engine, Transmission And Other Specifications

The Skoda Slavia comes with two engine options — a 1.0L turbo petrol and a 1.5L turbo petrol. The 1.0L turbo petrol engine produces 115PS of power at 5000rpm and 178Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 4500rpm. It is available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

The 1.5L turbo petrol produces 150PS of power at 5000rpm and 250Nm of torque between 1500rpm and 3500rpm. It is available with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Skoda Slavia Prices And Rivals

The Skoda Slavia is a C-segment sedan that is priced from Rs. 10.69 lakh to Rs. 17.79 lakh ex-showroom. It rivals other C-segment sedans, such as the Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, and the upcoming Volkswagen Virtus.
