As per our sources, customers were dissatisfied with the lack of features in the base-spec Active Peace variant. Secondly, buyers of the Active Peace variant were unhappy that if they needed to retrofit an infotainment system, they’d have to do it via the dealership only or else risk voiding the warranty. The Kushaq Active Peace variant lacks an infotainment system, speakers and USB charging ports and costs Rs. 1 lakh less than the Kushaq Active.

Skoda India planned to introduce just 600 units of the Kushaq Active Peace and all units were reportedly sold out. We have now learned that the Czech carmaker isn’t looking to reintroduce the Active Peace variant to the market anytime soon. On the other hand, the Kushaq Ambition Classic variant will remain on sale as is until the carmaker decides to pull the plug. The Ambition Classic variant misses out on features like automatic climate control, connected car tech and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
