New 2023 Citroen C3 Shine Top Variant Launched At Rs. 7.60 Lakh | V3Cars

Along with the BS6 Phase-2 compliance, Citroen also updated the variant lineup of the C3 and added a new Shine variant with the 1.2L normal petrol-manual powertrain. The new Shine top model costs Rs. 7.60 lakh, which is Rs. 52,000 higher than the lower Feel variant. The Shine variant is only available with the 1.2L normal petrol-manual powertrain. The turbo petrol engine is still only available in the Feel variant and comes with Vibe pack and dual-tone exterior colour.

In April 2023, Citroen also increased the prices of the C3 crossover by a flat Rs. 18,000 for all variants. Here a quick look at the April 2023 price change of all variants of the Citroen C3 and an comprehensive price list:

Citroen C3 Shine Variant New Features

Reviewers, including us, have criticised Citroen for not offering several must-have features with the C3. This new variant solves that problem to a great extent. Over the lower Feel variant, the Shine top model of the C3 gets the following features:

Rear camera
Day/night inside mirror
15-inch machined alloy wheels
Fog lamps
Rear washer wiper
Rear defogger
Telematics (connected car tech)
Faux rear skid plate

Compared to the lower Feel variant, the Shine variant costs Rs. 52,000 more. Meanwhile, the jump from Feel normal petrol to turbo petrol costs Rs. 1.35 lakh. However, it’s important to note that the Feel turbo gets dual-tone and Vibe pack. After adding the same style accessories to the Feel normal petrol variant, the price difference for the turbo petrol engine of the Feel variant comes down to Rs. 1.05 lakh.
