Among the C-segment sedans, with the help of the City hybrid, Honda are back innew and have once again become the dominant player in this space after losing the top spot to the Slavia in April 2022
YoY, sales of all C-segment sedans rose considerably in May 2022 except for Vento’s, which dropped 96.7% YoY in May 2022 as it’s close to getting discontinued
The Rapid’s sales are down to zero as the car is no longer on sale

MoM, all C-segment sedans witnessed a gain except the Vento, which is very close to its end of life
Among high-volume C-segment sedans, the Verna posted the best gain figure of about 91%
Skoda Slavia and Volkswagen Virtus are instant stars in the line-up of C-segment sedans, holding second and third position right behind Honda City just after their launches
