Mahindra XUV400 Formula Edition: What’s New?
The XUV400 Formula Edition comes with a special livery that Mahindra say is inspired by the racing spirit. The XUV400 Formula Edition was showcased alongside Mahindra’s Gen 3 Formula E race car, the M9Electro, in the presence of Mahindra’s Formula E drivers Lucas Di Grassi, Jehan Daruvala (reserve) and Oliver Rowland.

The XUV400 Formula Edition’s livery was designed by Mahindra’s Formula E team in association with Mahindra Advanced Design Europe (MADE). Up front, the special edition version of the XUV400 gets an enclosed grille with copper accents. The front bumper features more copper bits while the bonnet gets a copper decal with ‘mahindra’ written across the width. The copper decal extends into the roof, which features a sunroof and roof rails. At the side, it gets a ‘mahindra’ sticker on the front doors followed by a thick copper decal that extends from the C-pillar to the bottom of the car, while the rear is finished in red. The alloy wheels get a few copper accents as well to complete the look.
