Hyundai Launch Grand i10 Nios CNG Launched At Rs. 8.45 Lakh | V3Cars

Hyundai have launched the Grand i10 Nios CNG at Rs. 8.45 lakh. It sits above the Grand i10 Nios CNG Magna and Sportz variants. Being the top-spec variant, it comes with 15-inch machined alloy wheels, keyless entry with push-button start/stop and more.

After the launch of the Tata Tiago CNG, more brands started offering their CNG options with the fully-kitted out variants. We saw the launch of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Dzire CNG and Hyundai also launched the Aura SX CNG. The newest launch from Hyundai is the Grand i10 Nios Asta CNG. On the outside, the Grand i10 Nios Asta CNG comes with projector headlights, projector fog lights, machined alloy wheels, rear wiper with washer and a shark fin antenna.

On the inside, the Grand i10 Asta comes with a lot of interesting features. These features include an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, semi-digital instrument cluster, steering-mounted controls, wireless phone charger, push-button engine start/stop, rear AC vents, cooled glovebox, adjustable rear headrests and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios CNG comes with a 1.2L normal petrol engine. When running on CNG, this engine produces 69PS of power and 95Nm of torque at 4000rpm. While running on petrol, the Grand i10 Nios CNG variants produce the same power and torque figures as the petrol variants, at 83PS and 113Nm respectively. The Grand i10 Nios CNG variant is only offered with a 5-speed manual transmission whereas the petrol variants also get the option of a 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT).
