In terms of design, the F-Pace facelift gets slimmer quad-LED headlamps with double J LED DRLs flanking the new chrome studded front grille. The bumper is also redesigned and looks more aggressive with big air vents. It also features a new longer bonnet which now extends to the top of the front grille. The silhouette remains largely unchanged save for a new set of alloys and a character line on the front door originating from the front fender.

Similarly, at the back, the F-Pace facelift features slimmer LED tail lamps and a redesigned rear bumper with twin-trapezoidal exhaust tips.

Step inside the cabin and you will notice an entirely new dashboard wrapped in premium materials. Other distinctive design elements include connected AC vents and brushed aluminium finish that can be seen on the new steering wheel, around the central AC vents and on the floor console near the new lever-type gear selector. It also gets a new 11.4-inch tablet-like touchscreen which is powered by the new Pivi Pro infotainment system which debuted on the Land Rover Defender.

Other features on offer include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, adaptive LED headlamps, wireless mobile charging, 12-way electrically adjustable front seats, head-up display, power reclining second-row seats, Meridian sound system, 10-colour ambient lighting, powdered tailgate, four-zone AC, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, driver condition monitor, fixed panoramic sunroof, electronic parking brake, 6 airbags and a 360-degree camera.

Under the hood, the F-Pace is offered with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol engine (P250) on offer is a 2.0-litre turbocharged unit that makes 250PS and 365Nm. The diesel engine (D200) is also a 2.0-litre unit making 204PS and 430Nm. Both the engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission sending power to all four wheels of the SUV.

The F-Pace facelift continues to take on likes of the BMW X3, Mercedes Benz GLC, Lexus NX 300h, Volvo XC60, Range Rover Evoque and the upcoming new Audi Q5
