March 2023: V3Cars analyses which variant of the new 2023 Hyundai Verna makes the most sense for buyers in terms of the value it offers for the money you pay. The Verna is now available with a 1.5-litre, normal petrol engine producing 115PS of max power and with a claimed fuel efficiency of 18.6kmpl. This engine is available with a 6-speed manual transmission and a CVT type automatic transmission. The petrol Verna is also available with ADAS tech in the SX Optional variant.
The Verna is also available with a more powerful 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 160PS of maximum power and 253Nm of peak torque. This engine is also available with a 6-speed manual transmission and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The claimed fuel efficiency of this engine is more than 20kmpl.
