The Hyundai Ioniq 5 comes with a permanent magnet synchronous motor which is paired with a 58kWh battery pack in the base version and 72.6kWh battery pack in the long range version. 

The 58kWh version comes with two drivetrains. The two wheel drive version comes with a power rating of 170PS of power and 350Nm of torque and the four wheel drive version comes with a peak power of 233PS and 605Nm of torque.

The 72.6kWh version is also available with two drivetrains. The two wheel drive version comes with a power rating of 217PS of peak power and 350Nm of peak torque and the four wheel drive version comes with a peak power of 305PS and 605Nm of torque.

The 58kW battery pack can be charged from 0 to 80% in 43 minutes and 30 seconds using a 50kW normal charger and in 18 minutes using a 350kW fast charger.

The 72.6kW battery pack can be charged from 0 to 80% in 60 minutes using a 50kW normal charger and in 18 minutes using a 350kW fast charger.
