Volkswagen India recently added 2 new dealer touchpoints in Delhi-NCR. Volkswagen Capital and Volkswagen Sector 63 Noida are the new 2 dealerships, situated in Sector 27 Faridabad and Sector 63 Noida, respectively. Currently, the German carmaker has 189 new and pre-owned dealerships and 133 service touchpoints across the country.

Strengthening its presence in Delhi NCR, Volkswagen announces the inauguration of two new additional touchpoints in Faridabad and Sector 63, Noida. Bringing the brand closer to customers in strategically growing markets, the total network strength of Volkswagen in the region, stands at 13 sales and eight service touchpoints.

The Brand’s network expansion is aimed at driving higher accessibility for customers. With a wider presence across the NCR, Volkswagen India is delivering redefined experiences of its portfolio that boasts of safe, German-engineered products and a suite of world-class service offerings, elevating customer interactions with the Brand.

Mr. Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, said, “Our efforts are focused on delivering delightful mobility experiences for customers in India by expanding the Brand’s network, in-turn enhancing accessibility for all. Volkswagen Capital, Faridabad is headed by Group Landmark India’s Managing Director, Ms. Garima Misra. While the Noida Sector 63 touchpoint, is a Pop-up outlet, headed by Mr. Ajay Agarwal, Director, Viraj Automobiles. Both facilities have in-showroom display areas, showcasing the 5-star GNCAP-rated Virtus, Taigun and the global best-seller, Volkswagen Tiguan.

These outlets offer Volkswagen Brand’s expanded suite of service offerings like express service, Mobile Service Unit, and Volkswagen Assistance. The Noida pop-up outlet, provisions these services through their larger Volkswagen Noida dealership while they the Faridabad Sales outlet customers can avail these from the workshop at Okhla, New Delhi.

The new dealership inaugurations in Delhi NCR, are latest in a series of touchpoint openings across the country. The Brand has significantly grown its national footprint over recent months and with the launch of these two outlets, now has a presence 189 new & pre-owned car sales and 133 service touchpoints in India.
