Toyota India Introduce Online Sales Platform - Wheels On Web (Press Release) | V3Cars

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) recently introduced the "Wheels on Web" (WOW) platform, an Online Retail Sales platform for Bangalore region. This new platform enables customers to book, purchase and get home delivery of their desired Toyota vehicle from the comfort of their own home. It aims to provide a seamless virtual car buying experience to the customers. Additionally, WOW offers real-time information about the status of their booked Toyota car, enhancing credibility, transparency and confidence among customers.

WOW is a Business-to-Customer (B2C) platform, which demonstrates the company's commitment to enhancing the customer experience in its digital space. It allows for hassle-free car buying with innovative features and services, including a virtual experience that enables customers to view the car exteriors, interiors, color, and variants digitally. The platform also provides various value-added services, such as accessories, service packages, and extended warranty, and even offers customers an option to evaluate their existing car online before trading it off. Multiple finance and payment options are available, with auto-communication via WhatsApp and E-mail at every stage from booking to delivery. Customers can also use their individual log-in/account access to check the status of their booking details.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor have reported that their digital contribution to sales has increased by 5 times, with e-bookings substantially increased by 20 times compared to previous years. The company's virtual showroom attracted close to 1.3 million customers in the last year. With the introduction of WOW, Toyota aim to provide an even better digital experience to their customers. They will start with the Hycross, Hilux, Legender, Camry, Fortuner and Innova Crysta to facilitate a more convenient buying experience for their customers in the Bangalore region.
