Skoda Elroq Launch By 2024

The Skoda Elroq is the electric successor to the Skoda Karoq, which sold for a brief period in India via the CBU route. The Elroq will measure around 4.5 metres in length, making it an ideal family car. Skoda will reveal the production-spec version of the Elroq in 2024 and it will be the first EV to roll out from Skoda’s new EV roadmap. The design concept of the Elroq reveals its sleek proportions, featuring an ultra slim front grille and creases around the bumper. However, Skoda are yet to reveal the dimensions and battery specifications of the Elroq.

Skoda Small Affordable Electric Hatchback

Skoda will also introduce a new small electric vehicle in 2025. It will launch with an expected price tag of 25,000 euros (Rs. 22.57 lakh after conversion) and serve as an entry-level model in the brand's portfolio. Skoda revealed that it will measure around 4.1 metres in length and boast SUV styling. Despite being one size smaller, it will offer a similar boot space as the Skoda Scala. The small electric hatchback from Skoda will be produced at Volkswagen Group’s manufacturing plant in Spain. We expect this small electric vehicle to share its underpinnings with the recently-revealed Volkswagen ID.2all concept.

Skoda Combi And Space Electric Models

As per Skoda, the Combi will play a key role among the 6 new electric models. With a length of approximately 4.70 metres, it will be the brand’s first all-electric estate car. Skoda have found good success with their other estate models like the Octavia Combi and Superb Combi and the upcoming electric Combi is likely to take that success forward.

The fourth new electric model will be the Space — a 3-row all-electric family SUV. It will measure around 4.9 metres in length and serve as a flagship model in the brand’s portfolio. It will offer space to seat 7 passengers in comfort and offer enough range to cover long distances. The Space SUV will take design inspiration from the Vision 7S concept car. Skoda will introduce both the Combi and Space models in the market in 2026.

Skoda Enyaq SUV And Coupe

Unlike the aforementioned 4 electric vehicles, which are new from the ground up, Skoda will also launch the refreshed Enyaq SUV and Coupe models. The updated Enyaq SUV and Coupe models will come with a refreshed design heavily influenced by the other electric vehicles in the brand’s lineup. Skoda will launch the updated Enyaq SUV and Coupe in 2025 and we do not expect any major mechanical changes over the current models.
