In this September 2022 car sales analysis article, we’ll look at the YoY and MoM change in sales figures of all B2-segment sedans in India. Where applicable, we’ll also include our observations based on the sales data and possible reasons behind a massive increase or drop in sales. B2-Segment Sedans September 2022 Car Sales - YoY Change

The Honda Amaze was the top gainer, with 20% YoY growth in September 2022, followed by Tigor with 6%.
Dzire was the top selling car in the category with over 9,500 units dispatched in September of 2022. Incidentally it was also the biggest YoY loser with 19% decline in YoY sales comparison for September.

B2-Segment Sedans September 2022 Car Sales - MoM Change

The Honda Amaze was the top gainer, with a 20% rise in sales in September 2022 compared to August 2022.
The Dzire was the biggest MoM loser, registering a 19% drop in sales
