2023 Range Rover Sport Exterior

The 2023 Range Rover Sport features a sleeker design than its predecessor. In fact, the new Land Rover Sport’s design is similar to JLR's latest flagship SUV, the Range Rover. Up front, the Range Rover Sport gets a sleeker interpretation of the Range Rover grille and thinner LED headlights. At the side, the Range Rover Sport gets flush-fitting door handles to help it achieve an impressive drag coefficient of 0.29. At the rear, the Range Rover Sport now gets sleeker LED taillights and a black tailgate applique with ‘Range Rover’ lettering at the centre.

2023 Range Rover Sport Interior

Like the exterior, the 2023 Range Rover Sport borrows its features and dashboard layout from the new Range Rover. At the centre of the dashboard is a new 13.1-inch curved infotainment system with Pivi Pro interface. It supports various connected apps along with Alexa support. In addition to that, it offers wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and a 29-speaker Meridian sound system. Other features in the new Range Rover Sport include a 13.7-inch digital instrument cluster, active noise cancellation, adaptive off-road cruise control and cabin air purification. The new-gen Sport also offers increased legroom and comfort over its predecessor.

2023 Range Rover Sport Powertrain Options

As we stated earlier, the new Range Rover Sport comes with 3.0L turbo diesel and petrol engine options. The 3.0L straight-6 turbo diesel engine produces 350PS of power and 700Nm of torque. The 3.0L straight-6 turbo petrol engine, on the other hand, produces 400PS of power and 550Nm of torque. Both engine options come mated to an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission and 4-wheel-drive.

It is worth mentioning that Land Rover are yet to reveal the prices for the petrol variants of the Range Rover Sport. The new Range Rover Sport rivals the likes of the Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X5, Volvo XC90 and Audi Q7.
