Q4 2022 - A-Segment Hatchbacks Quarterly Car Sales Figures - YoY Change

Among mass volume cars from the A-segment hatchback category, the Kwid and Alto were the only gainers, with a 11% and 7.55% YoY growth
The S-Presso and Celerio saw the biggest YoY change, with a decline of around 42-43% in Q4 2022 over Q4 2021
Datsun Redi-Go and Hyundai Santro were discontinued by their respective manufacturers

Renault Kwid was also the only QoQ gainer in the A-segment in Q4 2022, with an increase of 3.66% over Q3
The S-Presso was the top-loser in QoQ comparison analysis with 69% fall in dispatches
The S-Presso was followed by the Celerio with 56% decline and Alto twins with 5.5% fall in numbers
A-segment hatchbacks saw an overall drop in sales in Q4 2022.
