Next-Gen Renault Duster Spotted On Test Again | V3Cars
The next-gen Renault Duster was recently caught on test again, giving us a sneak peek of its exterior design. Based on the spy shots, it is evident that the new Duster takes inspiration from the Dacia Bigster SUV concept.
New Renault Duster Exterior Details
The new spy shots reveal the bold front and side profiles of the new Duster. Up front, the new Duster SUV gets slim LED headlights with rectangular LED DRLs. The headlights merge seamlessly with the grille, which gets a block pattern. Furthermore, the front bumper also gets vertical air dams and a mesh pattern for the radiator. Around the side, it gets squared-off wheel arches along with black alloy wheels and bronze-coloured side mirrors. At the rear, the test car shows the new Duster’s sloping roofline along with a unique roof spoiler.

New Renault Duster: Expected Features
We expect the new Duster to come loaded with all the bells and whistles expected from a C-segment SUV. Hence, the new Duster could include features such as a panoramic sunroof, a large touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 360-degree parking camera and electronically-adjustable driver seat.
What Could Power The Next-Gen Duster?
In terms of powertrain, we expect the next-gen Duster to come with petrol engine options. Renault could continue with the same 1.5L normal petrol engine and 1.3L turbocharged petrol engine that were on offer with the old Duster. Additionally, since Renault are testing the Arkana hybrid on Indian roads, they could also consider a strong hybrid powertrain for their future products, including the Duster.

New Renault Duster India Launch Timeline
The 3rd-gen Duster SUV could make its India debut in 2025. It will rival other C-segment SUVs like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. Apart from the Duster, Renault also plan to launch another SUV based on the CMF-B platform and a small electric hatchback in India.
