While both the Grand Vitara and Urban Cruiser Hyryder share the same profile, platform, powertrains and equipment, the price difference between the two is quite considerable and could affect your purchase decision. That said, the Grand Vitara continues to offer better value over the Urban Cruiser Hyryder.

As both SUVs make use of Toyota’s TNGA 1.5L hybrid powertrain, Toyota takes the edge in terms of pricing. Hence, if you are looking to buy the strong hybrid powertrain, the Hyryder offers better value over the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.

However, it is worth noting that Maruti Suzuki are currently offering an introductory Pristine pack with the strong hybrid variants of the Grand Vitara. This pack, which Maruti says has a total worth of Rs. 67,000,offers multiple cosmetic accessories along with a 5 year or 1 lakh kilometre warranty.
