Maruti Suzuki’s loyalty program, Maruti Suzuki Rewards, has completed 2 years. Maruti Suzuki Rewards is a loyalty program that offers several benefits to Maruti customers. Maruti Suzuki Rewards aims to create a strong emotional connection between Maruti Suzuki and its customers by providing a premium, reliable, and benefit-driven post-purchase experience.

The reward program brings a range of benefits on the purchase of additional Maruti Suzuki cars, service, insurance, genuine accessories, customer referrals, etc. This program offers a lifetime membership validity and maximum points validity tenure of 10 years.

Under the program, customers are classified into 4 tiers – Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Customers earn points on all transactions done at Maruti Suzuki sales & service network and digital platforms. The program provides a completely digital and cardless experience to members. Alerts of all transactions are sent to the customer’s registered mobile number.
