Lamborghini Urus S Launched In India — Prices Start From Rs. 4.18 Crore | V3Cars

Lamborghini India have launched the Urus S in India with a starting price of Rs. 4.18 crore, ex-showroom. The Urus S sits below the Urus Performante and makes use of the same 4.0L twin-turbo V8 petrol engine.

Lamborghini Urus S Powertrain Details

Lamborghini recently updated the Urus SUV and added 2 new sub models — S and Performante. The Performante is the sportier of the 2 whereas the S focuses more on daily driving. Despite its softer approach, the Urus S gets the same 666PS petrol V8 from the Urus Performante. The 4.0L twin-turbocharged petrol V8 engine of the Urus S offers 666PS of power and 850Nm of torque. It is capable of sprinting from standstill to 100kmph in just 3.5 seconds whereas the top speed is capped at 305kmph.

Lamborghini Urus S Exterior Details

Over the current Urus, the Urus S offers a couple of design enhancements along with a new level of exterior and interior customisation. The bonnet of the Urus S gets hood scoops at either ends, improving its sporty design. It also gets a new front bumper with more refined lines and a matte-black finish skid plate. Around the back, the Urus S also offers a new bumper design along with twin exhaust pipes and matte-black skid plate.

Lamborghini Urus S Interior Details

On the inside, the new Urus S gets multiple dashboard and seat upholstery colour options. The centre of the dashboard houses a touchscreen infotainment system, which supports both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Urus S also gets toggle switches for driving modes, which include Strada, Sport, Corsa and a new EGO drive mode.

Lamborghini Urus has been the most-successful model in the Italian marque’s portfolio not only in India but globally as well. Lamborghini has already sold over 100 Urus performance SUVs in India and this number is only to grow further with the introduction of the new Urus S, which is priced at Rs. 4.18 crore. Lamborghini India already offer the Urus Performante in India at Rs. 4.22 crore (ex-showroom)
