Force Gurkha 5 Door Spied

Numerous spy shots of the Force Gurkha 5 Door in various stages of development emerged online over the past year. However, the latest Gurkha 5 Door test mule looks near production-ready, suggesting Force Motors could launch their Mahindra Thar 5 Door rival soon. The latest spy shots confirm the Gurkha 5 Door will feature a similar design as the Gurkha 3 Door when launched.

Up front, the Gurkha 5 Door features the same circular LED headlamps with circular LED DRLs as the Gurkha 3 Door. Even the grille appears to be the same as its smaller sibling. Around the side, the Gurkha 5 Door retains the snorkel, bulbous wheel arches and flat body panels of the Gurkha 3 Door while adding a snazzy set of 17-inch alloy wheels. The Gurkha 3 Door, on the other hand, gets 16-inch alloy wheels with chunky 245/70 tyres. Other visual changes include square-shaped rear passenger windows and a smaller fixed quarter glass for 3rd row passengers. The rear end of both SUVs look identical save for the larger tailgate-mounted spare wheel in the Gurkha 5 Door.

Apart from a bench seat for 2nd row passengers, the Gurkha 5 Door will also offer side-facing 3rd row seats, taking its total seating capacity to 7 passengers.
