In December, Maruti Suzuki announced they would increase prices of their cars in January 2024 “on account of increased cost pressure driven by overall inflation and increased commodity prices.” Hence, it is not surprising to note that the prices of the Grand Vitara mild hybrid petrol-manual, hybrid petrol-automatic and CNG variants received a price hike in January while the mild hybrid petrol-automatic variants’ prices remain unchanged.
