Audi India have announced a 10-year roadside assistance program on all cars sold from October 1, 2023. The initiative aligns with Audi India’s Human-Centricity strategy that focuses on the customer-first approach.The roadside assistance program (RSA) will cover Audi customers 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year across India. The benefits of the RSA include on-site repairs, delivery of fuel and spare keys, travel or accommodation facilities, and much more.

Here’s what Audi India have to say about the rollout of the 10-Year Roadside Assistance Program:

Mumbai, October 12, 2023: Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, today announced a comprehensive, 10-year Roadside Assistance program for customers. This will be applicable to cars sold starting October 01, 2023. The initiative is in line with Audi India’s Human-Centricity strategy that focuses on the customer-first approach.

Roadside Assistance covers:

24 x 7 x 365 coverage
100% coverage in India
On-site repairs, delivery of fuel and spare keys
Travel or accommodation facilities
Custody, transportation, storage and safekeeping of vehicle
Provision of specially-designed towing platforms
