5 Features Missing In The Scorpio N That The XUV700 Offers | V3Cars
Mahindra are set to launch the 2022 Scorpio N on June 27. While Mahindra are yet to reveal the full feature list of the Scorpio N, we jot down the list of features that the Scorpio N does not get over its elder sibling, the Mahindra XUV700.
Autonomous Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
The Mahindra XUV700 became the talk of the time after it was launched all thanks to its advanced ADAS system. Sadly, the Scorpio N will not get advanced driver assistance functions to keep the prices in check. Fortunately, the Scorpio N will get regular cruise control along with driver attention alert.
Twin 10.25-inch Screens
Unlike the XUV700, the 2022 Mahindra Scorpio N will get a smaller touchscreen infotainment system. In addition to that, the Scorpio N will get conventional dials for speed and engine RPM, with a large multi-information display in the middle. The Mahindra XUV700, on the other hand, comes with twin 10.25-inch screens in a single connected cluster.

Panoramic Sunroof
The Mahindra Scorpio N will be offered with a regular-sized electric sunroof whereas the Mahindra XUV700 comes with a large panoramic sunroof. It is worth noting that the Mahindra XUV700 gets the largest panoramic sunroof in its segment. If we speak of Scorpio N’s rivals, Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus and Hyundai Alcazar all come with panoramic sunroofs.
Flush-fitting Door Handles
Flush fitting door handles are one of the feature highlights of the Mahindra XUV700. The new Scorpio N, on the other hand, will come with conventional pull-type door handles. However, it is worth mentioning that while the XUV700 gets passive entry only for the driver-side door whereas the new Scorpio N will offer passive entry for both driver and co-passenger doors.

360-degree Parking Camera
The 2022 Mahindra Scorpio N misses out on a 360-degree parking camera. The top-spec Scorpio N only gets front and rear parking cameras whereas the XUV700 gets the bird’s eye view with parkings cameras mounted on the ORVMs as well.
