5 Features Renault Kiger Gets But Maruti Suzuki Fronx Doesn’t | V3Cars
The Maruti Suzuki Fronx is the latest offering in the B2-segment SUV space and it will go on sale in the coming months. It goes head on with a range of sub-compact SUVs, including the Renault Kiger.
In this article, we tell you 5 features that you get in the Renault Kiger but miss in the Maruti Suzuki Fronx.
1. Rear Tweeters
While both the Kiger and Fronx get Arkamys sound system, the Kiger offers additional rear tweeters over the Fronx. The Kiger offers 4 speakers with 4 tweeters whereas the Fronx offers 4 speakers with 2 tweeters.
2. Digital Driver’s Display
The Kiger offers a 7.0-inch instrument cluster for the driver whereas the Fronx offers a conventional dial setup with a small MID in the middle. The instrument cluster on the Kiger also offers customisable visual modes as well.

3. Cooled Glove Box
The Renault Kiger offers a cooled glove box that keeps your beverages cool. The Fronx, on the other hand, doesn’t offer a cooled glove box. A cooled glove box helps retain the temperature of your cool drinks on the move.
4. Rear Armrest
The Kiger offers both front and rear armrests whereas the Fronx only offers a front armrest. The rear armrest is a common feature in the B2-segment and Maruti Suzuki should have offered this feature at least in the top variants of the Fronx.

5. Multi Drive Modes
The Renault Kiger offers 3 drive modes as standard across all the variants. The drive modes tweak the throttle response and overall performance of the engine. The 3 drive modes are eco, city and sport. The Fronx, on the other hand, only gets 1 drive mode with the automatic transmission that comes in handy while hauling heavy loads.
