The 2024 Mahindra XUV700 was launched in the country recently. Mahindra have given the XUV700 a few updates for 2024, including new 6-seater variants and black colour option. Read on to know more about the 2024 XUV700’s new prices, features, powertrain options and variants.

2024 Mahindra XUV700 Gets 6-Seater Option

Until now, the Mahindra XUV700 was only available with a bench seat for 2nd row passengers while all its rivals, such as the Tata Safari, MG Hector and Hyundai Alcazar, offered the option of captain seats in the 2nd row. The 6-seater option, however, is limited to the top AX7 and AX7L variants. Check out the starting prices of each XUV700 variant below.

For the 2024 Mahindra XUV700 petrol, the new prices are between Rs. 1.70 lakh and Rs. 1.80 lakh higher than before. The XUV700 petrol with the 6-seater option and manual transmission is only available in the AX7 variant and it is priced at a premium of Rs. 15,000 over the corresponding 7-seater variant.

For the 2024 Mahindra XUV700 diesel, the new prices are Rs. 1.80 lakh higher than before. The XUV700 diesel with the 6-seater option is priced at a premium of Rs. 14,000 over the corresponding 7-seater variant. The XUV700 diesel with all-wheel drive is not available with the 6-seater option.

2024 Mahindra XUV700 New Features

Apart from the captain seats, the 2024 XUV700 also comes with ventilated front seats and segment-first memory outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs) linked to custom seat profiles. Additionally, the AX7 and AX7L variants now come with dark chrome finisher on the air vents and centre console. Mahindra have also updated the Adrenox UI with 13 new connected car features and firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates.

2024 Mahindra XUV700

Last but not least, the XUV700 now gets a new Napoli Black paint option across all variants. The top AX7 and AX7L variants get an exclusive black theme with a black grille and black alloy wheels.

The 2024 Mahindra XUV700 retains all the powertrain options from last year, including the 2.0-litre turbo petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engine. The 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine produces 200PS of power and 380Nm of torque. The 2.2-litre diesel engine is available in 2 states of tune – 155PS/360Nm and 185PS/450Nm. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter automatic.

Bookings for the Mahindra XUV700 are currently open and demo vehicles are scheduled to reach Mahindra dealerships by January 25, 2024.
