2022 Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus Spied — Launch Soon

2022 Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus Spied Ahead Of Its Launch Later This Year | V3Cars

The 2022 Bolero Neo Plus will arrive at Mahindra showrooms later this year. Ahead of its launch, new images of the Bolero Neo Plus wearing camouflage have surfaced online. As the spied images suggest, the new Bolero Neo Plus will not have any substantial changes over the TUV300 Plus.

2022 Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus

Mahindra discontinued the TUV300 and TUV300 Plus before BS6 emissions norms came into effect on April 1, 2020. Later, Mahindra launched the Boleno Neo, which is basically a TUV300 with a minor nip and tuck. In a similar fashion, Mahindra are now gearing up to replace the TUV300 Plus with the Bolero Neo Plus.

We expect the Bolero Neo Plus to get a new grille with tweaked headlights. While the headlights will retain the same shape as the TUV300 Plus, they are likely to gain LED DRLs. The lower part of the bumper will also get rectangular fog lights. At the side, the Bolero Neo Plus will come with new alloy wheels. Thanks to the long wheelbase, the Bolero Neo Plus may gain some MPV vibe. At the rear, we expect it to get halogen tail lights and a tailgate-mounted spare wheel.

On the inside, the Bolero Neo Plus comes with a conventional dashboard layout. The design is similar to the dashboard offered in the discontinued TUV300 Plus and the new Bolero Neo. The dashboard features a touchscreen infotainment system placed in the centre, just below the AC vents. Other features include manual AC, steering-mounted controls, cruise control, power window controls on the centre console, and a front armrest.

The Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus will sit above the Boleno Neo in Mahindra’s product portfolio. We expect Mahindra to offer the Bolero Neo Plus with 7- and 9-seater configurations. Mahindra are yet to announce the powertrain specifications of the Bolero Neo Plus. However, expect it to retain the same 2.2L turbo Diesel engine as before, albeit with a different state of tune.
