The Citroen eC3 is the latest all-electric model in the market and it rivals the Tata Tigor EV. In this article, we share 11 features you get in the Tigor EV but miss in the Citroen eC3.

Features Tata Tigor EV Gets Over Citroen eC3

1. Tyre Pressure Monitoring System

The Tigor EV offers a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) in its top variants whereas the eC3 lacks this feature. TPMS in the Sonet tells the correct tyre pressure of individual tyres and warns the driver in case of a puncture or under-inflated tyre.

2. Day/Night IRVM

The Tigor EV offers manually-adjustable day/night IRVM whereas the eC3 offers a non-adjustable IRVM. A day/night IRVM helps reduce glare from headlamps of vehicles coming behind you.

3. Rear Wiper And Defogger

The top variants of the Tata Tigor EV offer rear wiper with washer and defogger. These features are sorely missed in the eC3.

4. Premium Sound System

The top variants of the Tigor EV offer a Harman Kardon sound system with 4 speakers and 4 tweeters whereas the eC3 offers an unbranded audio system with 4 speakers only.

6. Auto AC

The top variants of the Tigor EV offer an automatic climate control whereas the eC3 offers a manual climate control.

7. Cruise Control

The top variant of the Tigor EV offers cruise control that lets you cruise at a predetermined speed on the highways. This feature is sorely missed in the eC3.

8. Keyless Entry With Push-Button Start Stop

The top variants of the Tigor EV come with keyless entry with push-button start stop. The eC3, on the other hand, offers remote keyless entry and conventional key ignition system.

9. Automatic Projector Headlights

The top variant of the Tigor EV offers projector headlights, which turn on automatically when the sensors detect low light scenarios. The eC3, on the other hand offers reflector halogen headlights without auto turn on/off functionality.

10. Rain-Sensing Wipers

The top variant of the Tigor EV also offers rain sensing wipers over the eC3. Rain sensing wipers use a sensor that detects the intensity of rain and adjusts the wiper speed accordingly.

11. Rear Armrest

The top variant of the Tigor EV offers a rear seat centre armrest with cup holders over the eC3. The Tigor EV also offers  leatherette seats whereas the eC3 offers fabric seats even in the top variants.
