A quick glance at the table reveals that the Urban Cruiser Hyryder is the longest SUV in its class and also boasts the highest ground clearance. It is interesting to note that the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, which shares its platform and underpinnings with the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, is 4365mm long, which is 20mm longer than the Grand Vitara. The reason behind the longer length could be due to the different bumper design.

The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder comes with a choice of 2 engine options — 1.5L 4-cyl mild-hybrid and 1.5L 3-cyl strong hybrid. It is worth noting that the Urban Cruiser Hyryder and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara are the only C-segment SUVs without a turbo petrol engine.
